Hack a Mac Password!

Recently I discovered how to hack a Mac password. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Restart the computer, and while it’s restarting, hold down Command-S
  2. When you see a bunch of code, after it loads, type in: sbin/fsck -y and then hit enter
  3. After that, type in: sbin/mount -uw and then hit enter
  4. After that, type in: sh /etc/rc and then hit enter
  5. Now wait for ALL the code to pass by. Don’t type until it says “Bonjour Error: 0″ or something like that! After it says that, type passwd and then the EXACT name of the User, so you can change THAT user’s password, and then hit enter (example: passwd Administration)
  6. Now enter the new password you want it to be, and hit enter
  7. Enter the password again, then press enter (NOTE: If you DON’T type a password, and just hit enter, it will say “password unchanged”, so you MUST type something!)
  8. After some code passes by, type in: reboot
  9. Now wait for the computer to restart, and enter your new password into the user you just hacked, and there!
TIP: If you go look for another way to hack a Mac password, DON’T! There’s one other way, but it’s too much work and it takes too long. Using single-profile mode (this hack) is GUARANTEED the best way to hack a Mac password!
And no, I don’t know how to do this hack with a PC. Google it.
ONE LAST NOTE: For the guy who searched “homebrew channel has no apps” on my blog, look at the Homebrew Browser post, and that should tell you how. You can look on how to install Homebrew in my Hack Smash Brawl post. Happy hacking!

There’s a channel i’ve mentioned called the Homebrew Channel, and it’s capable for more than just hacking games!

You can download applications and games! Even Emulators (apps that let you play games from consoles you don’t even have! Example: be able to play Mario Kart DS on your Wii), which you’ll need to get the ROMS for. Don’t ask me, because I don’t use Emulators.

Here’s how to download apps and games to your Homebrew Channel! (NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS IF YOU’VE GOT THE HOMEBREW CHANNEL ON YOUR WII! Read my “Hack Smash Brawl” post for more info)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED!!!

-An SD Card

-An SD Card Reader (read Hack Smash Brawl)

-A Wii

-A computer with internet

Instructions:

  1. Download this file. Click the Download link at the right of this page
  2. Create a folder on your SD card called “apps” (if you already have an “apps” folder, it should be on the root of your SD card, which means NOT in a file)
  3. Open the “Homebrew_Browser_v0″ folder, and put the “homebrew_browser” folder into your “apps” folder on your SD card
  4. Put the SD card in your Wii, and go to the Homebrew Channel
  5. Congrats! Now, instead of having to go t your computer to try out a Homebrew app/game/emulator, you can just download them all from this Homebrew App!
Important things you should know:
  • ABOUT THE HOMEBREW CHANNEL: It may NOT work on a very small number of Wii’s out there! If your Wii “bricks” (freezes and you can’t turn it on, or some other problem), don’t trash it, and PLEASE don’t send it to Nintendo! If these tips won’t help fix your Wii, you might have no choice but to send it to Nintendo.
  • ABOUT THE HOMEBREW BROWSER: You MUST have this if you want the Homebrew Channel OR Homebrew Apps to be updated regularly! If you don’t keep the Homebrew Browser around, your Homebrew apps/games/emulators may start acting weird, because they need UPDATES! The Homebrew Browser alerts you which apps need updating every once in a while
  • ABOUT YOUR WII: Never update it! If you have 4.3 NOW and Nintendo comes out with an update, DON’T DO IT!!! You will lose the Homebrew Channel, and everything on it! And I’m pretty sure nobody’s planning on constant compatibility, so stay with your current version: 4.3 OR BELOW!
  • ABOUT HACKING BRAWL WIFI: It will never work. You are the only one who sees your hacks, and if you play wifi with any hacks on, you will get disconnected repeatedly, with 1 hack or more!
Happy Hacking!

Recently, I’ve discovered how to hack Brawl, for a whole bunch of different things (P1 always has final smash, game 100% complete, etc.)! Here’s the best way to hack Brawl! (NOTE: You CAN pull this Wii hack off with another game! Look at the games to choose from if you don’t have Brawl)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED!!!

  • An SD Card (2GB or below, SDHC cards DO NOT work!)
  • An SD Card Reader (to download files from your computer to your SD card. You can buy one somewhere for like $10)
  • A Wii, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl
  • A computer with internet

Part 1: Installing the Homebrew Channel

  1. Plug in your SD card into the Wii, then go to Stage Builder
  2. Move ALL your custom stages onto your SD Card. (NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 24 HOURS IF THE SMASH SERVICE HAS SENT YOU A STAGE, FOR THE HACK WILL NOT WORK WITH ANY STAGE IN YOUR WII MEMORY! SO DO NOT CONNECT TO WIFI!!!)
  3. Take out your SD card, and plug in the card into the SD Card Reader, then plug the Reader into your computer
  4. Go to this site, and click at the right, “Download”. Keep the “private” folder on your Desktop.
  5. Now go to this next site, and download the HackMii Installer. Go in the folder, put the “boot.elf” file on your desktop, and throw the HackMii Installer folder in the trash.
  6. Go into your SD card, delete ALL files except the “private” folder that’s already in your SD card. If you don’t see the “private” folder, dig around the SD files that are there (NOT the “private” folder that you downloaded on your desktop! Read step 7!)
  7. Once you find the “private” folder in your SD card, rename it to “privateold”! It must be “privateold” or it won’t work!
  8. If you haven’t already, delete all SD files EXCEPT the “privateold” folder already inside!
  9. Put the “private” folder you downloaded on your desktop AND the “boot.elf” file into your SD card. You should now have “privateold”, “private”, and “boot.elf” in your SD card and NOTHING ELSE!
  10. Eject the SD card from your computer, go plug the SD card back into your Wii, and go back to Stage Builder
  11. A bunch of text should appear (if it freezes and makes a weird noise, just unplug and plug your Wii back in and try again) saying codes, and then the software will start up!
  12. Click continue, and go up to “Install the Homebrew Channel” (you CAN install Bootmii too if you want, it’s optional, but I don’t recommend ever using it, because I have no idea what it does)
  13. After it finishes downloading, go to “Exit”
  14. You will be directed to the Homebrew channel!!! Keep in mind, there’s nothing there to do YET, but thats where Part 2 comes in!
Part 2: Installing Gecko OS
  1. Plug your SD card back into the SD card reader into your computer for the next step!
  2. Go back to WiiBrew (the site you’ve been using in Part 1) and at the right, click “Download” to download the Gecko OS file
  3. Open the “Gecko1913″ folder you downloaded
  4. Open the second “Gecko1913″ folder INSIDE the first “Gecko1913″ folder
  5. Open the HBC folder inside the second “Gecko1913″ folder
  6. Inside the HBC folder, there should be a third “Gecko1913″ folder and a “Read Me” document. Put the third “Gecko1913″ folder on your desktop (it might ask if you want to replace the “Gecko1913″ folder already on the desktop. Click yes)
  7. Make a new folder in your SD card, and name it “apps” EXACTLY!
  8. Drag the third “Gecko1913″ folder into that “apps” folder
  9. Eject your SD card, put it back in your Wii, go to your Wii menu, and go to the Homebrew Channel
  10. Gecko should be right there! If it isn’t there, start over and re-read Part 2
Step 3: Adding Gecko OS Codes:
  1. Plug in your SD card into the SD card reader into the computer for the last time!
  2. Click here to go to the Gecko OS Code Database
  3. Click the orange link that says GTC with an arrow pointing right
  4. Click “Add Codes”
  5. Check the boxes of the hacks you want (be careful what you wish for…)
  6. After you’ve checked the hacks you want, go to the very top or very bottom and click “Download GTC”
  7. Once the “RSBE01.GTC” file is on your desktop, make a new folder in your SD card and name it “codes” (EXACTLY! Do not rename the “RSBE01.GTC” file either! It won’t be able to detect your codes!)
  8. Drag the “RSBE01.GTC” file into your “codes” folder on your SD card
  9. Eject your SD card, and go back to your Wii
  10. Start the Homebrew channel, click Gecko, and click Load
  11. Just to make sure, go to “Configure” and make sure SD Cheats are marked “Yes”. Then click Load Game
  12. You will know it worked when, after “Starting Drive”, the words will say “SD codes found. Applying”. If it says “No codes found”, you might’ve screwed up, and will have to do Part 3 over again.
  13. Enjoy your hacks! (Also, to be able to select stages or make custom stages again, just plug your SD card in your computer, and get rid of the “private” and “boot.elf” files)
ALSO! If your Wii freezes on any part on Brawl and makes a noise, that is NOT a Wii brick! It just means you probably did the hack too much or something and it confused the system. Just unplug your Wii and plug it back in, and it’ll be fine.
I am not responsible for the rare chance of your Wii to “brick” (freeze and break).Be careful, because Nintendo won’t repair it! Instead, they will send you a new Wii, probably make you  pay $$$, and you may not be able to re-install the Homebrew Channel! (For more information about Wii’s “bricking” and how you can fix it, click here)
Happy Hacking! (Didn’t understand my instructions? Look for other instructions on Youtube, if you want)

Google+

Posted: July 31, 2011 in Internet, News

There’s a new social network out there called Google+, and it’s amazing. It’s better than Facebook, just about!

Apparently they’re not done, so right now it’s just a project. Go apply to be part of the project!

You either have to have Google accept you, or be invited into the project by a friend. Already, i’ve seen 2 famous comedians who have a Google+ page. Take the tour first, so you can understand how to use it. Good luck!

(Also, instead of Facebook’s like button, they have +1 buttons instead o_O!)
